Happy Earth Day peeps!! It’s a gorgeous day to get out and save the world. I’m extra excited for today’s post because I have collaborated with one of my favorite brands, thredUP! I’ve done a few posts with them in the past, and you guys seem to enjoy them as much as I do! If you haven’t seen my previous posts with thredUP (1. you should check it out here, and 2. here’s some inside to the amazing brand.) Essentially, thredUP is an online thrift store carrying name brands for up to 90% off! The pieces they carry are all very gently used or new with tags! You can find some amazing gems on there, and save a ton of money  (and the Earth) at the same time. Talk about a win-win situation amirite?

Since thredUP is all about reducing waste and helping out Mother Earth, they have an amazing campaign going right now called Project Re:Made. What is Project Re:Made? Well, it’s pretty awesome. thredUP has collaborated with 12 artists and asked them to design some artwork around the topic “Climate Change Is Not Real”. These artists came up with some pretty amazing, sassy, and punny pieces and they were printed onto recycled tees. All the proceeds from this campaign are going to Cool Effects, an organization whose mission is to reduce carbon waste. I picked up a tee and I can’t wait to style and sport it! You can find some tees here! A lot sold out super fast, but you can be notified if it comes back in stock! If you want to know more about this campaign and how you can get involved in fighting against climate change check out thredUP’s blog post! If you’re feeling really inspired, make sure you check out some of thredUP’s fave eco-bloggers as well! These babes are awesome and an inspiration to us all.

How are you going to make a difference this Earth Day? I don’t know about you, but I’m going to wear my recycled clothes from thredUP and save the world in style. Let me know how you plan on making a difference in the comments! I would love to hear! Also make sure you check out thredUP’s campaign and just in general, I promise you won’t be disappointed in the slightest! 🙂

Hey broke babes! Long time, no chat 🙁 I’m back today to share with you all one of my favorite things to wear atm…band tees! I know there is some controversy about wearing band tees if you don’t listen to the band, but here’s how I look at it…in the long run, it’s just a shirt.  Rocking it is totally acceptable in my book. Don’t be hesitant to wear one because “you don’t listen to the band”. Honestly, who cares?! No one knows whether you listen to them or not so fake it ’til you make it, babe. Band tees are so fun to style and they add a lil extra edge to an outfit. They’re effortlessly stylish and will always be on trend. Here are 3 of my favorite ways to style band tees!

Patterned Pants

Fun, patterned pants have been sooo in recently and I’m all about it. Mixing patterns is so cute and really can make your outfit super eye-catching! This outfit is so chill and comfy – which are two of my staples in an outfit! I added this distressed denim jacket for some extra edge 😉  And, not gonna lie, these platform Vans are EVERYTHING and they make me feel like Avril Lavigne. It’s great.

Sassy Skirts

I think this is my FAVE outfit out of all 3! My boyfriend (whose shirts I stole and who took these awesome pics – thanks babe 😘) wasn’t a huge fan, though lol. Pairing an edgy top with a little skirt gives an outfit such contrast and makes it a little unexpected! I thought my adorable white booties made the outfit totally complete with the pops of white in the shirt and on the jacket! 🙂

Basic Black

I’m not sure which part of this outfit is my favorite…the shoes or the jacket! I recently saw one of my fave bloggers The Lemon Blonde, wearing these shoes and I died. They are everything I could ever want in a little black bootie!! The studs on the booties and stars on the jacket add texture to the outfit, while the jeans and tee keep it looking simple!

Hello lovlies!

Today I’m going to be sharing one of my absolute favorite clothing pieces that will always be in style in my opinion 🙂 Graphic tees are so versatile, and I’m going to show you my top five ones plus ways to style them! One of my favorite things about graphic tees is the ability to express yourself in a fun, sometimes silly way. Fashion is such an awesome way to let the world get a feel for your personality, but graphic tees take it to a whole new level. There are band tees, vintage tees, puns, silly sayings, the options are endless! Here are my go-to tees! I hope you enjoy 🙂

Just Peachy

This peachy tee from Brandy Melville is one of my absolute faves. I bought it over the summer, so I’m not sure if it’s available anymore so I’ll definitely link a similar one below! Brandy is one of my go-to places to get sassy tees that give the world a taste of my personality 😉 I am obsessed with this coral color and the subtle wording on the chest. I paired this tee with a cardigan, dark jeans, and booties!

SOS NEED COFFEE

If you’re a coffee addict like me, then you need this shirt in your life so people know you mean no harm if you’re being a grump. This soft and sexy top is perfect for a lazy day paired with ripped jeans, some sneakers, and you’ll be ready to chug some coffee and take on your day.

Anyone who knows me can attest to the fact that I love puns way more than I should. So when I saw this shirt on the ASOS website I immediately bought it without hesitation. In fact, many of my punny tees are from ASOS because they just get my sense of humor and I love it. I decided to dress up this tee a bit by adding a leather jacket, a suede skirt, and black knee-high boots. I think the tee definitely dresses the outfit down and gives it a little somethin’ somethin’.

Coffee Please

I told you guys, I’m addicted to coffee. Any article of clothing or item that has the word coffee on it I buy right away. Coffee is just so wonderful how could I not sport a tee begging for more? This comfy v-neck is from Forever 21, and it was only $8.90! Affordable, cute, coffee, what more could I ask for? This tee is perfect for a rainy day, a study session, or when you’re just feeling like having a loungey kinda day (aka me everyday). I paired this shirt with some gray sweats and Adidas and I felt so sporty and spunky.

Never Enough Shoes

As I’ve mentioned in posts before, I LOVE shoes. I have more than I can count, but I’m totally fine with it. This shirt is everything to me and explains my views to a tee (literally). This is also an American Eagle Outfitters soft and sexy tee. If you haven’t tried these shirts out, I highly recommend them. They are so insanely soft, it feels like you’re wearing pjs! My favorite part of this tee is not only the cheeky message, but also the heather detailing. Overall this shirt, along with all of American Eagle’s graphic tees, and regular tees alike get two huge thumbs up from me 🙂

The exact sold is sold out 🙁 I linked some other cute ones though!

There you have it guys! I hope you found inspiration or a new favorite tee 🙂 let me know of your favorite places to get graphic tees from, I would love to know of even more places!
