I am so excited for today’s post. I’ve been working on it for so long, and I really hope you enjoy it! I’ll definitely be doing more look books for the seasons, and if you guys have specific look books you want to see I would be more than happy to do them for you!
So recently, I’ve done some shopping. Way more than I should have, but hey…clothes are a necessity and when you can get them for great prices I say why the heck not 🙂 I’m going to be showing you guys five outfits that are perfect for fall no matter what mood you happen to be in. I have a sporty look, a casual look, a chic look, and everything in between. I hope you enjoy! 🙂
Outfit 1: Corduroy and Velvet
This out fit is definitely one of my favorites! I saw this adorable overall dress on Aspyn Ovard a few months ago, and HAD to get it. It’s absolutely perfect for a warmer fall day. I honestly never thought I could pull off overalls or overall dresses, but it turns out they are way more versatile than I thought! This dress can be dressed up with booties and a sweater like I did, or you could throw a tee underneath and some Adidas or Converse and it’s just as cute! I do need to talk about these booties for a minute though. HOW AMAZING?? Urbanog has quickly become my absolute favorite shoe shopping destination. Their shoes are so affordable, well made, and freaking adorable!! Wine is a huge color this fall, so I thought these booties were a perfect way to incorporate them into the look 🙂

Overall dress: Forever 21
Sunglasses: Urban Outfitters
Outfit 2: Keep It Comfy
I am completely and totally obsessed with every article of clothing from this outfit. It’s so comfy, soft, and perfect for a casual fall day. American Eagle has stepped up their game when it comes to the softness of their clothes. I think their clothes have always been pretty comfy, but now they are like clouds and I just want to buy it all! My favorite part is once again, THE SHOES ? These babies are from Urbanog as well, and probably my favorite shoes I have bought in a while! I am in love with the velvet trend this year, and I think a velvet sneaker is a really fun and different way to sport the trend. The blush pink color is also another reason I’m so in love with them! Overall this is such a perfect outfit with the right amount of statement to make some heads turn.
Sweater: American Eagle
Jeans: American Eagle
Outfit 3: Sporty Chic
I wouldn’t consider myself to be a “sporty” girl. I never was very good at sports, (I’m extremely uncoordinated), yet I do have a soft spot for the sporty girl look. I think sneakers are highly underrated and should definitely be paired with more than just a sweatshirt and yoga pants. For this look I dressed down an off the shoulder top from American Eagle by adding a leather baseball cap from Charlotte Russe and some basic Adidas sneakers. I think this look is really fun, yet sexy. The off the shoulder top adds so much to the outfit, and gives it a cool mix of looks being paired with the sneakers and cap.
Top: American Eagle
Hat: Charlotte Russe
Outfit 4: Fringy Fun
Forever 21 is the place to go to get affordable sweaters that are soft, comfy, and super freaking adorable. The fringe detailing on the turtleneck caught my eye as soon as I entered the store. To be honest, if it was just a regular gray turtleneck with no fringe detailing, I probably wouldn’t have impulsively bought it. The fringe is what makes it so cute, fun, and completely irresistible. I decided to dress the sweater up a bit by adding some dark jeggings from New York & Company and some over the knee boots from Charlotte Russe. The great thing about the sweater is that it can be dressed down as well with some distressed denim, and some sneakers!
Sweater: Forever 21 (the sweater is only available in stores, so I linked one that looks just as comfy?)
Jeggings: New York & Company (not exact, but very similar and on sale!!)
Boots: Charlotte Russe
Outfit 5: Mixing Texture
Fuzzy cardigan? ✅ Distressed jeans? ✅ Fringe booties? ✅ Chunky scarf? ✅ This outfit has it all. Mixing textures is such a fun way to add something special to an outfit. It makes your outfit stand out, and gives you such a unique look which I absolutely love. Fuzzy sweaters are my go-to for the winter time. I’m a sucker for anything fluffy, fuzzy, or furry. Distressed denim of any kind is also a staple piece for me. Here I am wearing some distressed boyfriend jeans, but any type of jean looks cute distressed let’s be real. The adorable shoes were so kindly shared with my from my awesome sister who actually filmed and photographed all the looks! Peep toe booties are so perfect for the beginning of fall before it gets too chilly. They are an excellent combination of summer and fall mixed into one shoe. Overall this look is really fun, eye-catching, and comfortable! What more is there to ask for? 😉
